We provide you with a comfortable, specially designed EMS jacket which you wear whilst performing a very low impact routine consistenting of simple, easy to follow exercises such as bicep curls and lunges. All supervised by one of our expertly trained and friendly instructors.
During the routine, painless electrical pulses will be stimulating 90% of your skeletal muscle fibres simultaneously without applying pressure to the joints or tendons. A standard exercise class or gym routine may will only activate your surface muscles but an EMS training session will also stimulate the deep tissue muscles. This in turn activates your metabolism to the same level of a 2 hour gym session.
